Refund Policy

If a place on the programme is confirmed, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the programme start date may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the programme start date may not be eligible for a refund.

In exceptional circumstances, requests may be considered at our discretion.

If the programme is cancelled or rescheduled by us, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
